This is where the planner will do most of the leg work and our clients approve the options and scheduling during the process.

    – Cake vendor selection & Design
    – Save the dates, invitations, menus & day of signs and stationery for a unique branded room design
    – Menu selection / Tastings with Caterer or venue
    – Guidance & Vendor selection on Day of Hair & Make up
    – Assistance with all related events the week of
    – Creation of Floor Plan, Diagrams & Seating Charts
    – Confirm set up times, payments, and services for each vendor the week of the wedding
    – Day of Timeline – provide to all day of vendors
    – Assistance with hotel accommodations for those traveling
    – Rehearsal run through the week of the wedding
    – On site coordinating on the day of the wedding
     – Wedding Site Emergency Kit  (sewing kit, Tylenol or Ibuprofen, scissors, pins, bandages, alcohol, etc.)
    – Unlimited access to expert wedding advice (via e-mail)
    – Access to Preferred Vendors List
    – Oversee and help with ceremony/reception site set up & tear down
    – Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors as necessary
